Needing Words

Sometimes when I write the words flow. 

I can hardly type fast enough.

Other times, words are hard to come by. 

I sit with a blank screen and just stare

COVID-19, Hurricanes, Earthquakes, Fires, Flooding, Economy Ups and Downs, Racism

Kindness, Compassion. Neighbors helping neighbors.

Strangers helping anyone in need. 

Giving.

So many stories being told.

Words of hope. That’s what I need.
